This Aloha Hello Kitty Cupcake/Mini cake combo was for a child's birthday party. Hello Kitty sits on top of a cake island, surrounded by a sea of cupcakes! Everything on the cake and cupcakes was edible except for the palm trees. All other decorations (from the surf board, to all the treats on top of the cupcakes, to Hello Kitty herself) were made of chocolate. We used Hello Kitty molds that we bought to make all the decorations. These tropical treats had a tsunami of kids attack it, and was gone in no time!
